Needleweaving Pictures for Project 1 Lesson 7 (Adding Beads to your warp threads and some bead pictures)

Large Pictures for #7

In this lesson the pictures show how to add beads to your Warp (Vertical Threads).
I got a little carried away with all the bead photos.  Enjoy them.

#1
Sue adding beads onto warp threads.

#1b
Do you remember seeing this in Lesson #2?

#2 Remove bank pin at the bottom and
use the monofilament thread to string beads
onto the warp threads. Use when you check
beads to see if they fit onto the 2 ply waxed
linen thread.

#2b This is a picture with beadsadded
to warp threads.

#3 Use crochet needle to attach beads to waxed linen warp threads.

#4 This shows a button turned upside down and attached to the center warp. If the item is bulky you can make a hollow in the foam core board so it will lay flatter while you are weaving around it. This shows how you work from the back of theweaving when you have a large bulky centerpiece. You can also attach the item after you finish weaving.

Some fun bead pictures.  Enjoy!!!
